This variety is perfect for espresso. The coffee is rich, strong with a pleasant bitterness, and the taste of coffee is well felt in dairy drinks.
Creating a blend is a difficult and responsible process. The main advantage of our espresso blends is their full-bodied taste and rich aroma. Arabica has a wonderful aroma, so we use the most of these beans in our espresso blends. For greater strength, we add a little robusta, which is almost 2 times richer in caffeine. Robusta has another feature: it gives a dense foam.
