How can I sign up for a consultation?

Use the Diia.Business Warsaw portal and go to the «Get a consultation» section. Register for a consultation. The consultant will prepare a personalized development roadmap, recommend opportunities tailored to your request, and suggest the direction of the next consultation.

How are consultations conducted?

You can use the consulting service online or offline — as it suits you. All project consultants have more than 3 years of practical experience working with small and medium-sized businesses in the areas they consult on.

Can I get the same consultation twice?

We want to provide numerous entrepreneurs with the opportunity to get professional help, so if you want to get a second consultation in the area you have already visited before, you must re-apply for the necessary consultation, but in this case the consultation will last no more than 30 minutes.

How do I rent a hall for an event?

What should you know about consultations?

During the consultation, we will help you understand your needs and create a roadmap of recommendations according to your request.

Do I need to prepare for the consultation?

Prepare for the consultation to be as efficient as possible. Gather basic information about your company in one document: type of activity, website, how many years on the market, employees, description of the main products and services. Write down a list of questions that concern you. Do this in advance and indicate them in the comments section of the consultation form so that the consultant can read them before meeting with you.

What should I bring with me to the consultation?

Expand the discussion with additional information about your idea or company with relevant documents.

How to get an offline consultation?

Visit Bagatela 12, the center is open from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 16.00.

I don’t see an available date for a consultation. What should I do?

If you do not see any available dates in the system during the registration for a consultation, it means that all consultants are already busy this month. In addition, the calendar of available dates for consultations is updated periodically. We suggest you follow the updates on the website.

If you have already received a consultation before, we advise you to pay attention to the format of previous communication (online/offline) during registration and choose online communication for the next consultation.

Who will advise me? Do the consultants have experience?

Consultants within the Diia.Business project are competent experts representing the private, public, and government sectors with more than 3 years of business experience or experience working with businesses.

The consultants provide consultations to entrepreneurs within the Diia.Business project in the stated areas of consultation and their competence on a voluntary basis.

What is prohibited during consultations?

The consultations prohibit any commercial manifestations and persuasion of entrepreneurs to purchase goods and services of consultants within the Diia.Business project.

Consultations do not provide information on tax optimization or evasion, as well as other illegal activities.

If the user behaves aggressively during the consultation, uses foul language, they may be blocked without the possibility of further receiving free consultations on the Diia.Business platform.

How to become a project consultant?

You can propose your candidacy as a consultant as part of the consultations at Diia.Business.

The main criteria for consultants who provide support to entrepreneurs and business startups within the project:

— Our team selects candidates from among entrepreneurs and companies with more than 3 years of business experience or experts in a particular field with more than 3 years of experience working with businesses who can really help entrepreneurs.

— The team analyzes the candidates' specific practical experience in their field.

— Consultants provide advice to entrepreneurs on a voluntary basis.

— Any commercial manifestations and inducement of entrepreneurs to purchase products and services of consultants within the Diia.Business project are prohibited during consultations.
