Guide «International certification and development for business»

The European market is changing — and this is an opportunity for Ukrainian businesses to be among the first to respond to new requirements

Do you want your business to easily comply with the new EU eco-standards? Here are the new rules that are already in force:

▪️ Packaging and chemicals: from 2025, all packaging must be recyclable, and from 2026, PFAS will be banned in food packaging (PPWR)

▪️ emissions and carbon duty: from 2024, mandatory emissions reporting, and from 2026, CBAM (carbon duty) on steel, cement, fertilisers and other goods

▪️ Sustainable development standards: from 2025, large companies in the EU will be required to submit CSRD reports, and from 2028, their suppliers, including Ukrainian companies, will also be required to do so.
